We accept payment by certified check, U.S. Postal Service money order, bank wire and PayPal to legatoguitars@ec.rr.com for domestic orders delivered in the United States. International orders and orders delivered outside of the United States are payable only by bank wire. Please note that the declared value appearing on export documents will state the actual retail cost of all invoiced items and will not be reduced to avoid duties or taxes imposed by your government. There are no exceptions to this policy, so please save the band-width and don't even ask.

Shipping and insurance paid by buyer. Shipping by UPS Ground unless other service is requested and paid for by buyer.

No-hassle 24 hour approval for all guitars (except: special orders & layaways). If dissatisfied for any reason, notify Legato Guitars within 24 hours for return authorization. Return shipping and insurance at buyer's cost. Full refund of purchase price of the instrument less shipping, handling, insurance, and PayPal fees upon receipt of the instrument in the same condition and packaging as when it was shipped.
