STOLEN GUITAR ALERT:

Stolen on or about Oct 25, 2004: A very valuable 1964 Gibson Johnny Smith, Honey Blonde. S/N 176133 stamped on back of the headstock. Includes an inlaid dedication, signed by Johnny Smith, that says, "To Gary, a great guy deserves a great guitar. You have one. Johnny Smith". The dedication may have been altered to show only the Johnny Smith signature. There is a reward for this guitar or for information leading to its recovery. On September 27, 2003, a very rare 1938 Gibson Super 400, Blonde Non-cutaway Acoustic Archtop, Serial Number 95363 was stolen from La Trattoria restaurant in Canton, CT. Steve Jones is offering $2,000 cash reward w/ no questions asked for recovery of the instrument. Please email stevie@pasty.net for additional information.
